Frequently asked questions
How do I download the app?
Search for your event's app name in the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your event organizer will provide the exact app name. If you can't find it, contact your event organizer directly.
The app isn't loading or is showing an error
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Force-close the app and reopen it
- Check for app updates in your device's app store
- Restart your device
- If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app
How do I find the event schedule?
Open the app and tap Schedule from the main menu. You can filter by day, room, or guest. Tap any schedule item for full details.
Push notifications aren't working
- Open your device's Settings and make sure notifications are enabled for the app
- On iOS: Settings → Notifications → [App Name] → Allow Notifications
- On Android: Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Notifications → Enable
How do I contact the event organizer?
Look for a Contact or Info section within the app. Event organizers may also include contact details on their website or social media pages.
Is the app free?
Yes. Event apps powered by Confanum are free to download for attendees. Any event tickets or add-ons are purchased separately through the event organizer.
